Explore the world through continuous reading experience with a compact rotary braille display engineered for more affordable literacy, productivity and independent living of blind people.

The word ReadRing comes from Reading + Ring. It is meant to be a compact device you can move or wear it to read things.

The photo shows a mockup of optical text-to-braille app being developed based on generally available computer vision AI. The actual smartphone app will show nothing on screen but braille on the wirelessly connected ReadRing display. We published the world's first video of our 2nd working prototype with live optical text-to-braille translation readable by blind users in 2018. See and hear more videos below.
